Custom Processing Process
BOOK HARVEST APPOINTMENT
Farmer will book custom processing appointment and provide customers' contact information.
Customers will receive a text and/or email with a link to fill out cutting instructions online OR can call in to walk through their cutting instructions.
Customer will receive text and/or email stating their meat is ready for pickup. They will get a link to self schedule OR can call in to schedule their pickup appointment. ALL orders will be picked up by appointment only. We do NOT allow for walk ins.
Customer will go to retail store at their scheduled pickup time/date. After paying they will go to the loading dock. Their meat will be boxed.
We accept cash, check, or card. If paying by debit/credit we will charge an additional 3% processing fee.
Customers have 10 days after ready to pickup notification to pickup their order. After that they will be charged $15/day storage fee.
